Overview
InboxRadar LLC ("we", "us") provides InboxRadar as a subscription-based software service. Because InboxRadar is a digital service rather than a physical product, traditional product returns do not apply. The terms below describe how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled when paid plans are active.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month.
- Annual plans cancel at the end of the current annual term.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- 14-day money-back window. If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide it is not the right fit, you can request a full refund of the most recent charge within 14 days of the upgrade.
- Service-level failures. If a verified outage or regression prevents you from using core features for an extended period, we will issue a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. Charges made in error are refunded in full once verified.
Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods outside the situations above, for usage of the service that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, or for accounts suspended for terms violations.
How to request a refund
Email support@inboxradar.site from the address associated with your account. Include:
- Your workspace name.
- The charge date and amount.
- A short description of the reason for the request.
Most requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most issues — duplicate charges, plan mismatches, or unrecognized line items — can be resolved within a few business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
